<p><span>It is with great sadness that the family of the late Mabel Lind Anderson announce her passing on Wednesday, March 11, 2015 at the Corner Brook Long Term Care Facility at the age of 96 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children: Audrey (Tom) Hewlett, Linda (Gordon) Wheeler, Norman (Judy) Anderson and Doreen (Jerome) Barry; daughter-in-law Myra Anderson;&nbsp;12 grandchildren: Paula, Mark, Melinda, Michael, Stephen, Colleen, Audrey, Joe, Jarvis, Erica, Joshua and Adam; 15 great-grandchildren; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband James, 1991, sons Gordon, 2003, Wilson, 2005 and Calvin, 2013, parents Eugene and Leah Walker, parents-in-law Joshua and Blanche Anderson, sister Rachel, brothers Gordon, Thomas, Robert and Edgar. A special thank you to the Lohnes Complex, 5th floor, Western Memorial Hospital and Long Term Care 3 South, Bakeapple Avenue for the loving care of our mother. Friends may visit Fillatre's Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark's Avenue on Thursday from the hours of 2-4 &amp; 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Friday, March 13 at 2:00 p.m. from Fillatre's Funeral Chapel, St. Mark's Avenue with The Venerable Edward King officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
