He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his daughter Gertie (Dawson), McIvers; granddaughters: Colette (Aodhan), Calgary, Alberta and Joanne, McIvers; great-granddaughter Ciara Faith, Calgary, Alberta; sister Lola (Lloyd) Gillingham, Cormack; sister-in-law Susie (Austin) Park, McIvers; brothers-in-law: Truman (Karen) Parsons, Loyal (Hazel) Parsons, McIvers and Claude Blanchard, Gillams; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his wife Faith Lovell, parents Thomas and Lucy Lovell, brother Fred Lovell, sisters Myrtle Park, Bonnie Blanchard and Angie Lovell. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Tuesday from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 18 at 2:00 p.m. from The Anglican Church of the Epiphany in McIvers with Rev. Charlene Laing officiating. Interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, McIvers. As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society.
