MCLEAN JOHN LEIGHTON (JACK) June 28, 1930 - Oct. 25, 2005 COX'S COVE, NL (Formerly of Summerside, NL) It is with great sorrow that the family of the John (Jack) McLean announce his sudden passing at his home in Cox's Cove on Tuesday, October 25th, 2005 at the age of 75 years. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends. Jack leaves to mourn his children, Ivan (Paulette) McLean; his daughters: Jessie (Todd) Clarke and Lisa (Gary) Bursey, all residing in Ontario; loving grandchildren: Dustin, Ian, Shawn, Jamie, Nicole and Scott; brother: Allan (Beulah), Corner Brook; sister: Olive Payne, Trout River; sisters-in-law: Harriet McLean and Susie McLean, Summerside, Greta Warford, Annie Lawrence and Neta (Bill) Hall, all residing in Ontario; brother-in-law: Alex (Gertie) McLean, Orillia, Ontario, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his wife Rosie, 2001, brothers: Sandy, 2002, James, 2002, and Donald, 2005; father, Daniel, 1969 and mother Florence, 1978. The family will be receiving friends at Bethany United Church, Summerside on Friday, 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m, from where the funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 29th at 2:00 p.m. with interment to follow at the church cemetery. Rev. Lee Simpson officiating. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to Bethany United Church or to the charity of ones choice. The family guest book may be signed or a memorial donation may be made through our website www.fillatre.ca
