EDNA REGINA LEROUX Corner Brook, NL 1916 - 2007 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Edna LeRoux announce her sudden passing on Sunday, November 25th, 2007 at Western Memorial Regional Hospital at the age of 91 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her four children: Loretta (Jerry) Sharpe, Corner Brook, Joan (Ray) Piercey, Quelph, ON, Pearl (Tom) Penney, Burlington, ON and Bryant (Johanna) LeRoux, Barrie, ON; eight grandchildren: Jerilee (Fred), Lorilee (Jonathan), Lois (Brent), Lana (Tim), Rodney (Patty), Janine (Troy), Johanna (Darryl) and Bryant (Marsha) ; 12 cherished great grandchildren: Alisa, Joel, Daniel, Joshua, Jacob, Levi, Ava, Michael, Krystal, Jasmine, Carter and Hailey; brothers: Bryant (Betty) Caines, Deer Lake, John (Hollie) Caines, Pasadena; sister: Annie McAllister, Deer Lake; sisters-in-law: Pearl Wilton, Deer Lake, Hersey Hewitt, Stephenville, Rebecca Madore, Deer Lake and Selma Bailey, Deer Lake, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, John and Alice Caines; husband: John LeRoux, infant son: Thomas, grandson: Michael Fisher; stepson: Donald LeRoux; stepdaughter: Serena Brown. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Marks Avenue on Tuesday, 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 28th at 2:00 p.m. from the Salvation Army Citadel, Clarence Street. Majors Robert and Cassie Kean officiating. Interment to follow at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Shriners or to the Children’s Wish Foundation.
