BALL (nee Harvey) Dorothy Carrie Isle Aux Morts, NL It is with great sadness that the family of the late Dorothy Carrie Ball announce her passing at Dr. Charles L. LeGrow Health Centre on Thursday, October 27th, 2005 in her 78th year. She leaves to mourn with fond and precious memories her loving husband Matthew Ball; son Vince (Florence) Fort St. John, BC; daughter Angela (Edward) Downey, Labrador City; five grandchildren: Colin, Colleen, Roma, Trina and Renee; five great-grandchildren: Ian, Camryn, Raegon, Ethan and Samantha; sister Emma Windsor, Isle aux Morts; sister-in-law Pauline Harvey; brother-in-law Frankie Johnson; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She is predeceased by her parents: John & Louise Harvey (nee Frampton); brother Vincent; sisters: Aveline Green (Freeman), Freda Johnson, Hilda Hannom and Linda Hare (Berkley). Visitation was held at the family residence in Isle aux Morts beginning Saturday, October 29th. The funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 1st at 1:00 p.m. from Holy Spirit Anglican Church with Rev. Hubert Vallis officiating. Interment followed at Hillside Haven Cemetery. Funeral Services were entrusted to Fillatre's Funeral Home, Port aux Basques.
