Leaving to mourn with loving memories are his wife Laura (nee Billard) of 44 years; sister Brenda; sisters-in-law: Susie Billard and Lena Billard; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Thomas and Jane Wilkins, parents-in-law Thomas and Bertha Billard, brothers-in-law Wilfred Billard and Ronald Billard, sisters-in-law Susan and Lillian Billard. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Saturday, June 13 from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. and Sunday, June 14 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Monday, June 15 at 2:00 p.m. from the Salvation Army Temple, O’Connell Drive with Majors Ron and Joyce Stuckless officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery.
