<p><span><span style="font-family: Calibri;">It is with great sorrow that the family of Robert (Bob) John Jayne announce his sudden passing on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at his residence in Corner Brook at the age of 62 years. He was predeceased by his parents Clarence and Joan Jayne and brother-in-law Rick Rankine. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories the love of his life and very devoted girlfriend Phyllis Deering; sisters: Karen (Gord) Grant, Beverley (Wayne) Robertson and Susan Rankine; brothers: Randy (Christine) Jayne and Richard (Patricia) Jayne; nieces and nephews: Kimberley, Christopher, Blair, Jennifer, Sarah, Matthew, Paulette, Amanda, Patrick and Alliah; great nieces and nephews: Anna, Megane, Luke, Alex, Adelyn and Owen; aunts: Flo Randell, Helen Reid and May (Donald) Marshall; Uncle Fred (Cora) Randell and special friend Jane Deering; as well as a large circle of other relatives and many friends. Bob was an avid sports fan, he was a diehard Toronto Maple Leafs and New York Yankees fan. He was also a proud supporter of his local Corner Brook Royals. Friends may visit Fillatre&rsquo;s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark&rsquo;s Avenue on Friday from the hours of 2-4 &amp; 7-9 p.m. A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, August 1 at 2:00 p.m. from Fillatre&rsquo;s Funeral Home Chapel, St. Mark&rsquo;s Avenue with Rev. Wendy Lowden officiating. Cremation to follow. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Cancer Centre, Western Memorial Regional Hospital or a charity of one&rsquo;s choice.
