<p><span style="font-size: medium;"><span lang="EN">It is with great sadness that the family of the late Agnes Moores announce her passing at Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital, Stephenville, NL on Monday, August 17, 2015 at the age of 88 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her daughters: Rona Pike, Janet (Nicky) Benoit, Mary Benoit, Winnie (Keith) Humby; sons: Brendan (Victoria), Andrew, Kevin, Wayne (Judy), Gerard (Dawn); 22 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; sister Mercedes Hinks as well as a large number of nieces, nephews, other family and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Fred; parents Louis & Anastasia Lainey; son Freddy; grandson Nicks Benoit; sister Winnie Pope and brother Norman Lainey. Visitation will take place on Thursday, August 20, 2015 from 7 - 9 p.m. and on Friday, August 21, 2015 from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 p.m. from St. Anne’s Chapel, Mainland from where the funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. with Father Gerard Patry officiating. Interment will follow in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Mainland, NL. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to St. Anne’s Chapel. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Stephenville Crossing.</span></span></p>
