<p>It is with great sadness that the family of the late Francis (Frank) Xavier Walsh of Flowers Cove announe his passing at Rufus Guinchard Health Centre in Port Saunders on Thursday, December 31st, 2015 at the age of 97. He had been residing at the Northern Retirement Home in Port Saunders.&nbsp;</p>
<p>He leaves to mourn his very special cousin Mary Jane (Danny) Perry of Hawkes Bay, and well be missed by his friends at the Northern Retirement Home. He was predeceased by his parents Thomas and Bridget (nee Burke) Walsh; brothers: Peter, Jerome, Joseph and John Patrick; sisters: Angelia Walsh, Mary Walsh and Elizabeth (Liv) Girard.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Friends may visit Fillatre's Funeral Home, Port au Choix on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m. and on Monday, from Our Lady of the Snow RC Church in Flowers Cove from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M., from where the funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. with Father Bosco officiating. Interment to follow at the church cemetery. The Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Fillatre's Funeral Home, Port Au Choix.
