<p>It is with great sadness that the family of the late Alexander (Sandy) Payne announce his passing on Wednesday, January 6th at Rufus Guinchard Health Centre in Port Saunders at the age of 73 years.</p>
<p>He leaves to mourn sisters: Lillian Biggin (Jim), Jerene Biggin (Clyde), Alice Clarke (Gordon), Beulah Hiscock (Bobby) and Frances Hutchings; brother: Willis Payne (Daisy); sisters-in-law: Margaret, Geneva, and Linda. He &nbsp;is pre-deceased by parents Stedman and Gertrude Payne; brothers: Wayne, Murray and Stedman Jr. and brother-in-law Andrew Hutchings. &nbsp;He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.</p>
<p>Friends may visit Good Tidings Pentecostal Church on Thursday from where the funeral service will be held on Friday, January 8th at 2:00 p.m. Cremation will follow at Humber Valley Crematorium.
