It is with great sadness that the family of the late RONALD SNOOKS announce his passing on Friday, December 2, 2005 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital at the age of 65. He will be sadly missed by his wife of 42 years, Betty, children Michelle Francis (Richard), Mike Snooks (Paula), very special granddaughter Kayla Francis; sisters: Ethel Sparkes of Oshawa, Ontario, Onea Murley; brother Rex Snooks (Edith); sisters-in-law: Marie Donahue and Evelyn Snooks, brothers-in-law: Joe Gale, Bruce Langdon and Douglas Crowther and numerous nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Lena & Alfred Snooks, mother & father-in-law Sarah & William Gale, brothers: Melvin & Wilfred, sisters: Vivian Langdon & Beatrice Crowther, brothers-in-law Clausson Murley, Shawn Donahue & George Sparkes. The funeral service will be held Monday, December 5th at 2:00 p.m. from St. Mary's Anglican Church, Curling Street Reverend John Hounsell Drover officiating, followed by cremation at Humber Valley Crematorium. Friends may visit Fillatre's Funeral Home 218 Curling Street Saturday from 7-9 p.m. and Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or memorial donations may be made to a charity of ones choice.
