<p align="center"> </p> <p align="center">Mary Eliza</p> <p align="center">Legge (nee Rolls)</p> <p align="center">Corner Brook, NL</p> <p align="center">April 21, 1930 – March 20, 2016</p> <p> </p> <p>It is with great sadness that the family of the late Mary Eliza Legge announce her passing on Sunday, March 20, 2016 at the Corner Brook Long Term Care Facility at the age of 85 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband of 60 years Arch; daughters: Elizabeth Jones (Mac), Deep River, ON, Janice Berkshire (Ray), Corner Brook, Margot, Torbay and Michelle Legge-Owen (Edward), Corner Brook; granddaughters: Meaghan Jones (David Peters), Vancouver, BC and Kathryn Fallowfield (Colin), Toronto, ON; sisters: Cora George (Dave), McIvers and Marie Rolls, Bonavista; brother Lloyd Rolls, Bonavista; sisters-in-law: Henrietta Nelson, Albuquerque, New Mexico and Millicent Legge, Corner Brook; as well as a circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Harold and May Rolls, brother Thomas Rolls, parents-in-law Gordon and Belle Legge, brothers-in-law Walter Harris and Gordon Legge. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Monday 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 23 at 2:00 p.m. from St. Michael’s and All Angels Anglican Church, Park Drive with Rev. Canon Roberta Woodman officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Western Memorial Regional Hospital Foundation or St. Michael’s and All Angels Anglican Church Memorial Fund or a charity of One's Choice.
