<p>Passed peacefully away Edith Day at Corner Brook Long Term Care on Sunday, April 10, 2016 at the age of 79 years. Leaving to mourn her son: Wayne (Nancy); grandchildren: Jason Hynes, Sarah (Eric) Jackson, Heather (Jamie) VanHoof, and Rebecca Day; great- grandchildren: Charlie Hynes, Layla VanHoof, Lily Jackson, Harper Jackson, and Landon VanHoof; and a large circle of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband: Frank; brother: Evelyn Collins, and sister: Effie Elliott. A Service of Remembrance will take place on Tuesday, April 12<sup>th</sup> at 11:00 AM from Fillatre&rsquo;s Funeral Chapel 4 St. Mark&rsquo;s Avenue with Reverend Canon Roberta Woodman officiating, interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Corner Brook Long Term Care 40 University Drive Corner Brook, NL A2H 5G4.
