LUSH Hedley Pierce Corner Brook, NL Passed peacefully away in the arms of his family, Hedley Pierce Lush on Friday, December 9th, 2005 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook at the age of 74 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife of 54 years Bernice (Bridger), one son Marvin, three daughters: Gladys, Patsy (Sam Jones) and Lynn, one granddaughter Stacey (Lee) Luscombe. Brothers: Reid (Marjorie) and Otto, sisters Betty (Max) Pafford, Lillian (Robert) Shewering and Fern Jennings, sister-in-law Marion Lush. As well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Eli and Gladys and brother Fred. Friends may visit Fillatre's Funeral Home, 4 St. Marks Avenue on Sunday & Monday from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 13th at 2:00 PM from the Salvation Army Citadel, Clarence Street with Captains Scott and Michelle Rideout officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy in lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Parkinson Society or to a charity of one's choice.
