<p><strong>Wells</strong></p> <p><strong>Lloyd David</strong></p> <p><strong>Irishtown, NL</strong></p> <p><strong>1937 – 2016</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Passed peacefully away with his family by his side, <strong>Lloyd Wells</strong> of Irishtown, on Tuesday May 24th, 2016 in his 79th year. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Madeline of 57 years. Children: Wendy, Bob (Colleen), Lillian (Paul) Keough, Trudy (Jim) Randell, Ted (Marvella) and Mark (Cindy); grandchildren: Megan, Nadine, Brett, Samantha, Robert, Andrew, Allie, and two special grandchildren Robyn and Bradley; great grandson: Nathan; brothers: Neville and Eric; sisters: Beatrice, Catherine (Levi), and Nina; brothers in-law: Ted and Elwin; sisters in-law: Rhoda, and Mona; and a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by special companion, his horse Ginger; great grand-daughter: Arabella; parents: Albert and Alvina; brothers: Gilbert, Wilbur (Alfreda), Noble (Jenny); sisters: Marcie, Verna, Sylvia; special uncle: Fred; parents in-law: Stedman, Dulcie and Gordon; and brothers in-law: Edgar and Graham. The family will be receiving friends from Fillatre’s Funeral Home 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Thursday, May 26<sup>th</sup> from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Funeral service will take place from St. Paul’s Anglican Church Summerside on Friday, May 27<sup>th</sup> at 2:00 PM, with Reverend Malcolm Palmer officiating with interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Lloyd’s memory to the H.I.S Fire Department Scholarship Fund, or to the Alzheimer Society of NL 107-835 Topsail Road Mount Pearl, NL A1N 3J6.
