WELSH WENDELL ISRAEL PASADENA, NL October 8, 1951 - December 19, 2005 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Wendell Welsh announce his passing on Monday, December 19th, 2005 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital, at the age of 54 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his two daughters: Darlene Hutchings, and Deanna (Michael) Greene, Corner Brook; four precious grandchildren: Brittany and Cody Hutchings, Bradley and Haley Greene; special canine companion: Buddy; brothers: William Welsh, British Columbia and Claude Welsh, Islington; sister: Jennie (Ambrose) Hynes, British Columbia; special nephew: Wayne (Peggy) Welsh, Corner Brook; special friends: Eliza and Claude Stratton and their children Stephen and Angie, Pasadena, as well as other relatives and friends. Predeceased by his parents William and Jennie Welsh. Friends may visit Fillatre's Funeral Home, 4 St. Marks Avenue on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m.. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 22nd at 11:00 A.M. from the Cathedral of St. John The Evangelist, Main Street. The Very Rev. Michael Rice officiating. Interment to follow at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
