<p style="text-align: center;">Martin Joseph Connors<br /> Happy Valley-Goose Bay, NL</p> <p> </p> <p>It is with great sadness that the family of the late Martin Joseph Connors announce his peaceful passing on Saturday, June 4<sup>th</sup> 2016 at the Health Science Centre at the age of 83. He will be sadly missed by his children: Geraldine (Shaun) McCarthy, David (Tina), Michele (Mike) Charette, Paul (Sheila) and Glen (Janice); grandchildren: Dyanna, Conor, Matthew, Chloe, Maxime, Nickolas, Marc, Shayna, Jean-Philippe, Chad, Shavonne, Jessica, Brandon and Hannah; great grandchildren: Logan, Emma, Aubrey, Charlie, Adriana, Raven and Charlotte; brother: John (Peggy), nieces, nephews and a large circle of friends. Predeceased by his wife of 54 years Winifred, son Danny, parents John and Angela, brother Benny (Dot), sisters, Elizabeth (Edward) Prioli, Mona (Alex) Yetman.</p> <p>Special thanks to Dr. Yordan Karaivanov, the staffs of Labrador Grenfell Health and The Health Sciences Centre. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home Happy Valley-Goose Bay on Tuesday June 7<sup>th</sup> 1-4 & 6-9 PM. The funeral service to take place Wednesday, June 8<sup>th</sup> from Our Lady Queen of Peace Church 2:00 PM. Interment to follow at the Roman Catholic Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy in lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
