GOULD NORMA CORNER BROOK, NL It is with great sadness that the family of the late Norma Gould announce her passing on Thursday, December 29th, 2005 at Dr. Hugh Twomey Health Care Centre, in Botwood at the age of 68 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories; four children: Ira (Paula), Mount Pearl, Sean (Francisca), Halifax, NS, Darren (Sylvie), Ottawa, ON and Lisa Rideout (Rob), Botwood; her mother: Mrs. Mary Ann Penney, J.I. O'Connell Centre; nine grandchildren: Brandon, Sonya, Sara, Jonathan, Stephanie, Robyn, Sandra, John and Terri-Lee; three brothers: Melvin (Jean) Penney, Toronto, ON, Gordon (Huldah) Penney, St. John's and Henry (Shirley) Penney, Florida, as well as a large circle of brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Howard, July 14th, 1999, and father, John Penney, June, 1985. Friends may visit Fillatre's Funeral Home, 4 St. Marks Avenue on Sunday, January 1st from 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m., and on Monday, 10 a.m. to 12 noon. The funeral service will be held on Monday, January 2nd at 2:00 p.m. from the Cathedral of St. John The Evangelist, Main Street. Rev. Michael Rice officiating. Interment to follow at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Central West Cancer Centre, Grand Falls.
