He will be forever missed and remembered by his devoted parents Dave and Claudette Winsor; beloved older brother Billy (Kristina) Winsor; precious niece Sarah Winsor; Grandparents Roy and Jane Marsden, Walter and Janet Tipple; Aunts: Betty (Ray) Green, Jill (Corey) Strickland, Sandra (Audrey) Windsor, Lillian (Gary Cox) Hynes and Donna-Rae (Terry) Tipple-Porter; Uncles: Barry Marsden, Collin (Sherrylynn) Marsden and Danny Tipple; special cousin Jennifer Windsor; Godchildren: Hunter and Emily as well as a large circle of other family and friends. Joey was predeceased by his Grandparents James and Eileen Winsor; Great Grandparents William and Pearl Warren, Raymond and Alice Tipple and William and Gertrude Parsons. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Marks Avenue on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM, and on Friday from 12 noon to 3:00 p.m., from where</span><span><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;">  </span></span><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;">Joey will be transferred to the Anglican</span><span><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;">  </span></span><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;">Church in Burgeo, for visitation on Friday evening. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 1</span><sup><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;">st</span></sup><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;"> at 11:00 AM from St. John the Evangelist Church, Burgeo with Reverend Elsie Rose officiating. The interment will follow at Mt. Patricia Cemetery, Corner Brook. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Western Regional Memorial Hospital Chemo Unit. The Winsor family would like to extend a sincere thank you to everyone for their prayers and support over the past year.
