<p><span style="font-family: Calibri;"><span style="font-size: medium;">It is with great sadness that the family of Lizette Penashue announce her passing on October 14, 2016 at the age of 86&nbsp; </span><span style="font-size: medium;">at the Labrador Grenfell Health Center in Happy Valley-Goose Bay.</span><span style="font-size: medium;">&nbsp; </span><span style="font-size: medium;">She will be sadly missed by her husband, Pien; her children, Helen Gregoire, Margaret Mark, Sylvester Penashue, Andrew Penashue and Melvin Penashue; fifty-five grandchildren, one hundred and twenty-four great grandchildren and numerous great-great grandchildren.</span><span style="font-size: medium;">&nbsp; </span><span style="font-size: medium;">She was predeceased by her parents, Sylvester and Margaret (Patshiatshi) Pokue; children, Lizetta, Antuan, Gregory, Germaine, Kaniste, Shanamen, Mata, Mathieu Antane and Pun.</span><span style="font-size: medium;">&nbsp; </span><span style="font-size: medium;">Funeral service will be held at 1 pm on October 17</span><sup><span style="font-size: small;">, </span></sup><span style="font-size: medium;">2016 from the Roman Catholic Church in Sheshatshiu.</span><span style="font-size: medium;">&nbsp; </span></span></p>
