<p align="center">Sedella "Della"</p> <p align="center">Wells</p> <p align="center">Corner Brook, NL</p> <p align="center">June 21, 1942 - October 29, 2016</p> <p> </p> <p>It is with great sadness that the family of the late Della Wells announce her passing on Saturday, October 29, 2016 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital at the age of 74 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her daughter Cathy (Todd) Murrin; her precious grandchildren: Alex Murrin, Jason Thornsen, Joanne (Chris) Dixon and Lori Wells (Ken); special friend Karen Robertson; great-grandchildren: Charlize and Breanna; brother Ralph Osmond (Roxanne); sister Shirley Walsh (Bernard); as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her loving husband Nick, son Eddie, daughter Karen, parents John and Susan Carter, sisters Nora, Queen, Marg and May, brothers Ray, William, Jim, Jack and Martin, parents-in-law William and Pearl Wells, sisters-in-law Alice and Vonnie, brother-in-law Edward. A special thank you to the staff of Palliative Care and her angels in the Dialysis Unit. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Monday 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 2 at 11:00 a.m. from Humber United Church, Clarence Street with Rev. Jocelyn Cook officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
