Franklyn Robert Noble Pasadena, NL 1935 - 2008 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Franklyn R. Noble announce his passing on Friday, January 18th, 2008 at Western Memorial Regional Hospital at the age of 72 years. Leaving to mourn his loving and devoted wife of 50 years, Marjorie (nee Cooper); daughter: Sharon (David) Paton, St. Catherine’s, ON; sons: Robert, Toronto, ON and David (Kim), St. Catherine’s, ON; eight grandchildren: Jared (Rhonda), Gavin (Erika), Kathleen, Sara, Jeremy, Natasha, Ian and Kristie; one brother: Malcolm, Pasadena; two sisters: Bride (Harold) Pretty, Corner Brook, Elizabeth (Weldon) Martin, Manitoba; mother-in-law: Myra Cooper, St. John’s; sisters-in-law: Joy (Bill) Barron, St. John’s, Verna (Sol) Hounsell, Pound Cove and Maisie Nobel, Pasadena; brother-in-law: Keith Cooper, Israel; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Predeceased by parents John and Martha Noble; brothers: Bruce and Donald and father-in-law: Lloyd Cooper. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Marks Avenue on Saturday, 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m. The Funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 20th at 2:00 p.m. from Westside Tabernacle, Elizabeth Street. Pastor Calvin Andrews officiating. Interment to follow at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers donations may be made to Daffodil Place.
