<p>Passed peacefully away on Thursday, December 1, 2016, Eliza Hiscock at Corner Brook Long Term Care at the age of 102 years. Leaving to mourn her son Tom and wife Helen; grandchildren: Kim McBurney, Dede Hiscock and Todd Hiscock and wife Lavina; great-grandchildren: Leahdawn and Amber Hiscock, Shilo, Tessa and Liam McBurney; sister Millie (Raymond &ndash; deceased) Goosney; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Seymour Hiscock in 1974, parents Bert and Annie Howe, brothers Tom (Sadie) Howe, Lon (Sophie) Howe and Cecil (Daisy) Howe, sisters Mary (Jim) Dyke and Jennie (Bill) Clark. Friends may visit Fillatre&rsquo;s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark&rsquo;s Avenue on Saturday from the hours of 2-4 &amp; 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 4 at 10:00 a.m. from Fillatre&rsquo;s Funeral Chapel, St. Mark&rsquo;s Avenue with Rev. Harry Whitehorne officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to a charity of one&rsquo;s choice. The family guest book may be signed by visiting www.fillatre.ca.</p>
