<p>Passed peacefully away at the Calder Health Care Centre in Burgeo, on Wednesday, February 8th, 2017 Susie May Porter at the age of 83 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and lovng memories are her children; Leonard (Linda), Paulette (Owen), Douglas (Janet), George (Marion) and Dianne (Brad); brother George Bowles (Frances), step-brother Clyde Eavis (Martha); very good friend Kay Benoite; seven grandchildren: Darren, Jill, Roger, Joey, Andy, Scott and Lindsey; three great grandchildren: Kyle, Daniel and Freya; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Predeceased by her husband Gerald, Father John Thomas Bowles, Mother Charity Bowles and sister Louise Foote. Friends may visit St. John the Evangelist Anglican Church on Thursday and Friday from 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m; from where the funeral service will take place from on Saturday, February 11th at 2:00 p.m. Reverend Elsie Rose officiating. The interment will follow at the Burgeo Community Cemetery. Special Thanks to the Doctors and Staff at the Calder Health Care Centre in Burgeo.</p>
