OSMOND (Nee Burton) Sheila Dorothy Marie Corner Brook, NL It is with great sadness that the family of the late Sheila Osmond announce her passing on Thursday, February 2nd, 2006 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook at the age of 54 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her son Robert, mother Margaret Burton, 5 brothers: Edward (Joanne), Brian, Ivan (friend Shirley) all of Corner Brook, George (Norma Jean), New Market, Ont and Bruce (Darlene), Edmonton, Alb; 3 sisters: Jessie (Woodrow), Phyllis, Corner Brook ans Blanche (Rick) Mississauga, Ont. Also the Osmond family Charlie (Elizabeth), Wilson (Natalie), Pollards Point, Ivan (Pat) and Cathy (Rick) all of Ontario. As well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Eli and father Edward Burton. Special thanks to the staff of the 4th floor ICU Unit, Western Memorial Regional Hospital. Friends may visit Fillatre's Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark's Avenue, Corner Brook Friday from the hours of 7-9 PM and on Saturday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 5th at 2:00 PM from First United Church with Rev. Dr. Wayne Cole officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation or to a charity of one's choice.
