He will be lovingly remembered by his children: Maxwell, Alexander and Maria and their mother Tina, mother Helen Fillatre,  brothers and sisters: Keith Fillatre (Peggy), Ernie Fillatre (Rosemary), Janice Fillatre, Linda Pauls (George); sister-in-law Lavenia Fillatre, companion Vicki Basha, nieces and nephews: Laura, Connie, Brad, Renita, Andrew, Matthew, Kerry, Ryan and Brandon, as well numerous other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his father Maxwell Fillatre, brother Kerry Fillatre, grandparents Arthur & Betty Fillatre, Ernest & Mabel Taylor, nephew Michael Martin. The funeral service will be held Monday, May 1, 2017 at 2:00 pm from St. John the Evangelist Anglican Cathedral, Main Street with The Very Reverend Baxter Park officiating. In keeping with his wishes cremation will follow. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home 4 St. Marks Avenue Sunday from 1-4 pm.
