<p align="center"><strong><em>Parsons, Madeleine (nee Park)</em></strong></p> <p align="center"><strong><em>October 14, 1925 – May 25, 2017</em></strong></p> <p>The family of Madeleine Parsons would like to announce her peaceful passing on May 25, 2017, at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital at the age of 91. Leaving to mourn one son Larry (Joyce), grandchildren Jim (Carolyn), Amy (Adam) Morgan, Jessica (Sean) Cordeiro, Jaime and Adam, great grandchildren Rosemary, Lily, Declan and Kennedy, as well as several nephews, nieces, and friends. In recent years she especially enjoyed her friendships made at the Lohnes complex. She was predeceased by her husband, James, sons Gary and Terry,  grandson, Paul, brothers and sisters, Margaret (George) Cox, Isaac (Melinda) Park, Freeman (Julia) Park, Rose (Joe) Crisby, Rebecca (Clyde) Davis, Ralph (Diana) Park, Douglas (Gertie) Park, Levi (Greta) Park, Rhoda (Ben) Brake and in-laws Susannah Parsons, John (Susie) Parsons, Bessie (Tom) Tipple, Joseph (Elizabeth) Parsons, Gertrude (Elias) Locke, Angelina (Tom) Joyce, Ada (Mike) George, Mary (Cyril) Brake. Visitation will take place at Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 218  Curling Street on Friday, from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. The funeral service will take place on Saturday, May 27<sup>th</sup>, 2017  at 2:00 pm from  St. Mary the Virgin Church in Curling with Reverend David Taylor officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the St. Mary the Virgin Memorial Fund.</p>
