Obituary of Maurice Joseph Lawless

<p style="text-align: left;">It is with great sadness that the family of Maurice Lawless of Port Saunders, announces his passing on Wednesday July 19 2017 at Rufus Guinchard Health Center Port Saunders, after a long illness, at the age of 61 years. He leaves to mourn his wife Hilda; daughters: Roxanne (Neil) Genneaux and Rose Lawless (Philip Major); son Milton (Samatha) Lawless; grandchildren: Melissa, Tiana, Nathan, Natalie and Noah; great grandchild Nevaeh; parents Edmund and Irene Lawless; brothers: Lawrence "Obb" (Cassie), Edmund (Emma), Floyd (Lynn) and David (Harvey); sister Evelyn (Steve) Welsh; mother-in-law Eileen Payne; and many nephews, nieces, family and friends.</p>
<p>He was predeceased by grandparents Joseph and Susan Offrey, grandfather Maurice Lawless, grandmother Elizabeth Eastman, father-in-law Ivan Payne and nephew Nicholas Gaslard.&nbsp;</p>
<p>The family will be present for visitation at St. John the Divine Church Port Saunders on Thursday 7-9 pm and Friday 2-4 &amp; 7-9 pm. &nbsp;A funeral service will take place at the church on Saturday July 22 at 11:00 am with Rev Clare Stewart officiating, interment will follow at the Interfaith Cemetery Sandy Cove.</p>
