BENNETT Marjorie October 26th, 1916 - February 25th, 2006 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Marjorie Bennett announce her passing on Saturday, February 25th, 2006 at the Western Memorial Regional in Corner Brook at the age of 89 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her three daughters: Ivy, St. George's, Elaine, Oshawa, ON and Diane, Toronto, ON; two sons: Lloyd, Toronto, ON and Lockie, Thunder Bay, ON. Grandchildren: Cathy Bennett, Calgary, Chris Bennett, Corner Brook, Kyla Short, Lana Post, Sherri Bennett, Tracey Bennett, Tanya Bennett, Stacey Bennett and Jake Bennett and 8 great-grandchildren. Sisters: Evelyn Loder, Summerside and Ivy Snook, Fort McMurray, AB; brother Albert Hann, Sudbury, ON. As well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Cornelius Bennett. The family will be receiving friends from St. Ann's Roman Catholic Church, Flat Bay on Monday beginning at 1:00 PM from where the funeral service will take place on Tuesday, February 28th at 10:30 AM with Father Gerard Patry officiating. Interment to follow at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Flat Bay. As expressions of sympathy in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
