<p><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Passed peacefully away surrounded by her loving family Florence Marie Brake on Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook at the age of 77 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her son Carson Brake (Maureen Burton); daughter Lorraine Brake (Boyd House); grandchildren: Mark, Sherry and Sarah; great-grandchildren: Nicholas, Kaitlyn, Noah and Georgia; brothers: Sandy (Patsy) Lovell, Sam (Kathrine) Lovell and Richard (Inez) Lovell; sisters: Hannah Park, Molly Brake, Marina (Gerald) Kinslow and Josephine Rideout; sister-in-law Rosie Lovell; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband George Roland Brake, August 30, 2002, grandson Justin Browning, great-grandson Brady Tucker, parents Joseph and Sarah Lovell, brothers Esau Lovell, Albert (Angela) Lovell, Maurice (Florence) Lovell and William Lovell, sisters Emma (Lawrence) Blanchard, Nettie (Donald) Park, Greta Lovell and Millie (Ben) Park, brothers-in-law William Park, Roland Brake and Samuel Rideout. Friends may visit Fillatre&rsquo;s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark&rsquo;s Avenue on Wednesday from the hours of 2-4 &amp; 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 28 at 2:00 p.m. from Fillatre&rsquo;s Funeral Chapel, St. Mark&rsquo;s Avenue with Archbishop Stewart Payne officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
