<p><span style="font-family: Calibri;"><span style="font-size: medium;">It is with heavy hearts that the family of the late Vincent Saunders announce his passing on September 28, 2017 at the Health Sciences Centre in St. John’s, NL at the age of 61 years.  </span><span style="font-size: medium;">Leaving to mourn, with fond memories, his daughter Wendy Gear; grandchildren, James Reid, Paul Reid, Joshua Carroll and Jace Penney; mother, Grace Saunders; brothers, Clayton Saunders (Miriam) and David Saunders (Carrie); sisters, Judy Dicker (Frank), Doreen Saunders, Lillian Brenton (Dave), Gail Pilgrim (Harold), Peggy Blake (Francis) and Linda Saunders-McLean (Herman); as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.</span><span style="font-size: medium;">  </span><span style="font-size: medium;">He was predeceased by his father, Joseph Saunders; brothers, Howard and Herbert and sister, Jane.</span><span style="font-size: medium;">  </span><span style="font-size: medium;">Remains will be resting at Fillatre’s Funeral Home in Happy Valley-Goose Bay.</span><span style="font-size: medium;">  </span><span style="font-size: medium;">Friends may visit Sunday, October 1, 2017 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm.</span></span>  Funeral will be conducted from the Moravian Church on Monday, October 2,2017 at 2 pm. Rev Beatrice Hope officiating.  In memory of Vincent, donations to the family would be graciously accepted.</p>
