<p><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: large;"><span style="font-size: small;">In loving memory of Norman Watson Head of Heatherton who peacefully passed away at the Western Memorial Hospital, Corner Brook, NL, on Thursday, October 12, 2017.</span>  </span></span></p> <p>He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, his loving wife Alice; stepmother Hazel; sister Zeta Hulan; brother George (Patsy); extended family; brothers and sisters-in-law; godchildren: Carolyn Chaffey, Kenzie & Kylie Cook as well as special nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.</p> <p> He was predeceased by his parents Naaman and Daisy Head and a baby sister.</p> <p> The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the medical staff of both Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital and Western Memorial Hospital. Also a special thank you to Dr. Jake Vermaak.</p> <p>To honor and respect Norman’s wishes cremation has taken place at the Humber Valley Crematorium. A private family service with inurnment in the United Church Cemetery, Heatherton, NL will take place at a later date.</p> <p>As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital Foundation. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Stephenville Crossing, NL.</p>
