<p>Henry Newman Fowler of Capstan Island passed peacefully away on October 19, 2017 in the Labrador Health Centre in Happy Valley-Goose Bay at the age of 82 years.&nbsp; Leaving to mourn his children, Patsy Bridle (Mervin), June Fowler (Cal), Crystal Pike (Joseph), Kerry Davis (Joe), Cory Fowler (Wanda) and daughter-in-law, Kelly; grandchildren Starsky, Megan, Sarah, Felicia, Kim, Tyla, Philip, Clarence, Travis, Ashdon, Payton and Emma; great-grandchildren, Cole, Brendon, Caylee, Dorothy, Travis, Olivia and Charles;&nbsp;sister: Joyce, brothers: Harvey, and Hollis (Christine);&nbsp;as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.&nbsp; He was predeceased by his wife, Shirley, his son Newman, his parents Fred and Sarah, his brother Stanley and his sister Gladys Flynn.&nbsp; Visitation will be held at the United Church in Happy Valley-Goose Bay from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm on Thursday, October 19, 2017.&nbsp; Funeral will be held on Sunday from St Paul's Anglican Church in L'Anse-au-loup and interment to follow on Capstan Island.&nbsp;&nbsp; The family wishes to say a special thank you to the doctors and nursing staff of Labrador Health Centre in HVGB, Curis Memorial in St Anthony and Labrador South Health Center in Forteau, as well as family and friends for their kindess and support over the past few months.</p>
