It is with great sadness that the family of the late George Hayman announces his peaceful passing at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital, with his loving family by his side on Friday, October 20, 2017 at the age of 76 years. A proud father, grandfather and great grandfather, George will forever remain in the hearts of his children; Kimberley (Conrad) Petrikowski, Dartmouth, NS, Arlene (Dan) DeGaust, Hubbards, NS, Linda Hayman, Port-aux-Basques, Vaughn (Annette) Hayman, St. John’s, NL and Kayla Hayman, Port-aux-Basques, grandchildren, Kyle, Kristen, Elyse, Nicolas and Liam, great-grandchildren, Jack and Charlotte, brothers, Walter (Minnie) Hayman and Rex Hayman, sister-in-law, Georgina Hayman, his sister-in-laws, Mabel Ferguson, Audrey (Len) Crewe, Elsie (Fred) Keeping, Linda (Allan) Cave, Sandra (Gus) King, brother-in-law, Bert (Eleanor) Munden, as well as a large circle of nephews, nieces, and friends, especially his Wednesday night dart league and his jamming buddies where he played his beloved accordion.
