WIGHT Jessie Ellen Jan 18, 1906 - March 12, 2006 Deer Lake, NL It is with great sadness that the family of the late Jessie Ellen Wight announce her passing on Sunday, March 12th, 2006 at her family residence in Deer Lake at the age of 99 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her sons: Gordon (Beulah), Norm (Rosie), both of Bonne Bay, Tate (Rowena), Brampton; daughters: Winona (Norm) White, with whom she resided in Deer Lake, Hazel (James) Bingle, Fort McMurray; daughter-in-law Eva Wight, Bonne Bay; sister Winifred Parsons, Norris Point; sisters-in-law: Mary Burden, Bonne Bay, Hazel Oldford, Massachusetts; 24 grandchildren, a large circle of great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends and special care givers Vera Simms and Jackie Young. She was predeceased by her husband Wilson and son Roy. Friends may visit the Pentecostal Church in Birchy Head on Tuesday 7-9 pm and Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 pm, from where the funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 16th at 2:00 pm with Pastor Kerry Northcott officiating, interment to follow at the Pentecostal Cemetery in Birchy Head. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Pentecostal Church, Birchy Head or to a charity of one's choice. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Fillatre's Funeral Home, 10 Clinic Drive, Deer Lake.
