It is with great sadness that the family of the late Elizabeth Lyall announce her passing on Tuesday, March 4th, 2008 at the Labrador Health Centre at the age of 68 years. She will be sadly missed by her children: Fay, Dwayne, Joanne, Randy, Jeffery and families; brother Garland Gillingham; sisters: Ella Austin, Irene Heath, Marjorie Learning and Winnie Forward; 8 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by husband Ernest (March 2000); parents: Phoebe and George Gillingham; brothers: George and William; sisters: Mary Jane Gillingham, Eliza Rice, Ruby Ritter and Effie Lucas. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Happy Valley Goose Bay on Thursday, March 6th between the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 pm. The Funeral Service will take place on Friday, March 7th at 2:00 pm from the Moravian Church. Interment following at the Moravian Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the Moravian Church.
