Obituary of Jabez Edward Critch

It is with great sadness and loss that the family of the late Jabez Edward Critch announces his passing at the Health Sciences Centre, St. John’s on Tuesday, June 19, 2018, at the age of 58 years. Leaving to mourn with loving memories his wife Donna of 40 years, daughter Janis (Rodney) Crocker, son Mark (Jenny); grandchildren: Devin, Addison, Leah, Jay and Gavin; parents Edward and Betty; brother Shawn (Valda); as well as a large number of other family members and many friends. Jabez was very involved over the years with his community, especially Search & Rescue and he volunteered at Western Health with the Person Family Centered Care Steering Committee. Besides his loving family one of Jabez's greatest joys was photography.  Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 10 Clinic Drive in Deer Lake on Friday, June 22 and Saturday, June 23 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. The funeral service will be held at St Michael’s Anglican Church in Deer Lake on Sunday, June 24^th,2018 at 3pm with The Rev. Canon Paulette Bugden officiating. Interment will follow service at the Deer Lake Interdenominational Cemetery.
