Passed peacefully away on Tuesday, May 2nd, 2006, Gilbert Bennett at the Bonne Bay Health Centre in Norris Point at the age of 76 years. He leaves to mourn many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Mildred and Reginald and sister Mary. Friends may visit St. Mary The Virgin Anglican Church, Cow Head on Thursday from where the funeral service will be held on Friday, May 5th at 2:00 PM with Rev. James Pratt officiating. Interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to St. Mary's Cemetery Fund, Cow Head. Funeral arrangement are entrusted to Fillatre's Funeral Home, 10 Clinic Drive, Deer Lake.
