Isabel, who was born in St. John's, NL January 8, 1934 and who lived most of her life in Buchans, passed away peacefully June 12, 2004 in the Palliative Care Unit, Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook, NL. Her husband Edward, predeceased her in September, 1999. She was the daughter of the late Stanislaus and Margaret Carroll. Mother of Peggy Kelly Andrews & Ed Andrews (Corner Brook), Debbie & Bill Wellon (Labrador City), Don & Cynthia Kelly (Gander), Jim & Mary Kelly (Kingston, NS) and Edward Kelly (Windsor, Ont). Grandmother to David & Jennifer Wellon, Cameron & Amanda Kelly and Laura & Peter Kelly. Step grandmother to Darcy & Alyssa Andrews. Sister to Maureen (Ian) McBeath, Mary Reid-Queen, Teresa (Mike) Collins, Madonna Carroll, Basil Carroll, and predeceased by brothers Don Carroll & Albert Carroll. Sister-in-law to Agnes Carroll & Maria Carroll, Nell Mackey, Joan (Ed) Hayes & Madelyn Curnew. Niece to Tim Power and also leaving to mourn numerous nieces, nephews & friends. A memorial visitation will be held at St. Teresa's Church in Buchans Tuesday, June 15th at 8:00 p.m. followed by a Funeral Requiem on Wednesday, June 16th at 11:00 a.m. The interment will be held at the Community Cemetery. The family guest book may be signed or memorial donations may be made through our website www.fillatre.ca
