CHAISSON Frederick Stephenville Crossing, NL (Formerly of Robinsons) 1924 - 2006 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Frederick Chaisson announce his passing on Friday, May 12th, 2006 at Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital, Stephenville, at the age of 81 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories children: Monica Chaisson (Gary), Ft. McMurray, AB, Doreen (Mike) Gillam, Robinsons, Amos (Connie), Sackville, NS, Yvonne (Calvin) Shears, Sackville, NS, Annette (Art) Collier, Robinsons, Fred Jr, ON, Blanche (Rob) Oyler, Sooke, BC; grandchildren: Andre, Randy, Edward, Jaime, Amanda, Jolie, Sonia, Andrea, Amy, David, Michael, Matthew, Danielle, Megan, Katlin, Nicole; great-grand-children: Cirric, Kasey, Emma, Mackenzie, Melina, Bodie, Julia; brothers & sisters: Genieve, Gladys, Maggie, Lenore, Amos, Mike, Charlie, Harry, Frank, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews,other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his loving wife of 60 years, Eva (2004); parents: Narcis & Mary Ann; sons: Donald and Edgar; daughter Marion; brothers: Adolph and Pat. Friends may visit Fillatre's Funeral Home, 7 West Street, Stephenville Crossing on Saturday 7-9 p.m. and Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will take place from the Roman Catholic Church of The Assumption on Monday, May 15th at 2:00 p.m. Father Gerard Patry officiating. Cremation will follow. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
