CORMIER Frances Bernadette Stephenville Crossing, NL December 13th, 1916 - June 24th, 2006 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Frances Cormier announce her passing on Saturday, June 24th, 2006 at the Sir Thomas Roddrick Hospital in Stephenville at the age of 90 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her 3 sons: Martin (Ida), Stephenville; Larry (Clara), Michael (Leona), Stephenville Crossing; step-son: Ron (Bernice) Hiscock, Millville, NL; 3 daughters: Phil (Gilbert) Clouter, Florence and Linda all of Stephenville Crossing. 25 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren & 9 great-great-grandchildren, sister Odell Garnier, Shallop Cove, 2 brothers: Samuel Colombe, Shallop Cove and Darrell Colombe, St. George's. As well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Frank, daughter Mary and son Harold. Friends may visit Fillatre's Funeral Home, Stephenville Crossing on Monday from the hours of 7-9 PM and Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 28th at 10:30 AM from the Roman Catholic Church of the Assumption, Stephenville Crossing with Father John Collins officiating. Interment to follow at the Roman Catholic Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Assumption Parish Memorial Fund.
