SHARPE ROBERT JOHN CORNER BROOK, NL 1948 - 2006 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Robert Sharpe announce his passing on Friday, July 7th, 2006 at Western Memorial Regional Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer at the age of 58 years. Bob is predeceased by his mother Avril Sharpe and father-in-law Frank J. Rideout. Leaving to mourn his devoted wife Linda (nee Rideout) and son Gregory, his best buddy; his father: Ed Sharpe; sister: Judy and brother Chris (Theresa); special mother-in-law: Eva Rideout; sisters-in-law: Jane Blanchard (Weldon), Lorraine Goosney (Wallace), Claudine Morgan (David), and many very special friends. Uncle Bob will be sadly missed by Krista, Angela, Scott, Melanie, Jason, Bethany, Tim, Daniel and Benjamin. Memorial visitation will take place from Fillatre’ Funeral Home, 4 St. Marks Avenue on Sunday, July 9th, 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m. A Memorial service will be conducted by Bishop Percy Coffin from All Saints Anglican church, Clarence street on Monday, July 10th at 2:00 p.m. No flowers by request, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to a charity of ones choice. The family guest book may be signed or a memorial donation may be made through our website www.fillatre.ca. “You cannot count your life by the years you live but by the friends you make along the way”
