BARTER DAVID JOSEPH ( 1948 - 2006 ) MAINLAND, PORT AU PORT It is with great sadness that the family of the late David Barter announce his tragic passing on Friday, July 7th, 2006 in Mainland at the age of 57 years. David was a beloved husband, father and grandfather. Leaving to mourn very fond and loving memories: his wife Delores; sons: Tyson (Christy), Tyler; daughter: Tracy (Gary); granddaughters: Claudia, Emma and Maggie, all residing in Mainland; sisters: Rita (Pete) Bauby, Connecticut, USA, and Margaret (Ivan) White, Stephenville; brothers: Ambrose (Joan) Barter, Mainland and Gerard (Dianne) Barter, Saint John, NB; as well as nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Veronica and Michael Barter. Visitation will take place from St. Ann’s Chapel, Mainland on Sunday evening, 7-9:00 p.m., Monday, 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m., and Tuesday, 10 am to 12 noon, from where the funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 11th at 2:00 p.m., Father Edward Terry officiating.
