GILLETTE John Cecil (Jack) Corner Brook, NL It is with great sadness that the family of the late Jack Gillette announce his sudden passing as a result of a Motor Vehicle Accident , along with his wife Marguerite White Gillette on Saturday, July 8th, 2006 at the age of 85 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories: eight children: Erving (Leona), David (Elena), Joyce Allen (Eric), Yvonne Bagnall (Grant), Joan Thistle (Guy), Gwen Gillette (Walter Legge), Reginald Gillette , Cheryl Forbes; eleven grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; one sister: Rose Wellman; one brother-in-law; Paul Chipman, as well as the White families, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his first wife Olga in 2000 and ten brothers and sisters. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Marks Avenue on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 11th at 2:00 p.m. from the First Pentecostal Church, Premier Drive, Pastor Velmer Bessey officiating. Interment will follow at the Pentecostal Cemetery on Osmonds Avenue. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the 5th and 6th Floor Enhancement Committee of the WMRH or to the charity of ones choice.
