It is with great sadness that the family of the late Marjorie Nolan announce her passing after a brief illness on Wednesday, July 7th at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in her 94th year. Left to mourn, children Lillian Hayes (Pat) Guelph, ON, Priscilla Boutcher, Corner Brook, Marjorie Rowsell (Phonse), Corner Brook, Dorothy Gough (William), Corner Brook, Pat Nolan, Stratford, ON, Dick (Marie), Bell Island; 23 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, sisters Elvina McVean, Corner Brook, Dorothy Mann, Toronto, ON, brother Joe Gadon, Mississauga, ON and numerous other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband James Nolan 1955, sons Dunstan, John, Martin and grandson David Boutcher, son-in-law Clarence Boutcher, daughter Ann Moore & husband Edgar Moore, parents Annie and John Gadon, sisters Mary Young, Elizabeth Fitzpatrick, brothers, Martin, Norman and Harold. A Mass of Christian burial will be held Saturday, July 10th at 10:30 a.m. from The Most Holy Redeemer Cathedral, Mt. Bernard Avenue followed by interment at the Townsite Cemetery. Friends may visit Fillatre's Funeral Home 4 St. Marks Avenue Thursday from 7-9 p.m. and Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. As expressions of sympathy memorial donations may be made to the Palliative Care Unite of the Western Memorial Regional Hospital or to the Most Holy Redeemer Cathedral Memorial Fund.
