It is with great sadness that the family of the late Leo Marshall announce his passing on Monday, September 4th, 2006, at the Health Science Centre, St. John’s, at the age of 78 years. He will be sadly missed by his sister Rosalie Cabot (Louis); brothers: Fred (Olive), Jim (Marie), Victor (Joyce), John (Lily) and Gordon (Annette), as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by parents Alfred and Gertrude; brothers: Harry and Stewart; sisters: Minnie, Mag and Violet. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Happy Valley Goose Bay on Wednesday between the hours of 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, September 7th at 2:00 p.m. from Our Lady Queen of Peace Roman Catholic Church. Interment will follow at the RC Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
