GERTRUDE EVA BUTLER Corner Brook, NL 	 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Gertrude Eva Butler announce her passing on Sunday, October 1st, 2006 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook at the age of 79 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband Ronald, sister Veronica (Hedley) Martin, Corner Brook, sisters-in-law: Maudie Gaschel, Ohio, Teresa (Allan) Ziegler, Ohio, special friends Jackie & Woody Bessey, Corner Brook, Dave & Sharon Higdon, Corner Brook, Barbara Hynes, Corner Brook, Father Roddie White, Stephenville and lifelong friend Barb Hurley, Corner Brook. As well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents James and Mary Ellen Alexander, grandmother Josephine Corbin, brother Ernest Alexander, sisters-in-law Maureen Young, Gladys Caldwell, Edith McCarthy, brothers-in-law James Butler and William Butler. grandmother, brother, sister. Cremation took place at Humber Valley Crematorium, Pasadena. A private memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 3rd from Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
