1933 - 2006
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Margaret Pawley announce her sudden passing on Thursday, October 26th, 2006 at Western Memorial Regional Hospital, Corner Brook at the age of 73 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her children: daughter: Isabel Layden; sons: Donald Pawley and Allan Pawley (Mary), all residing in Corner Brook; six grandchildren: Lillian (Stephen), Thomas, David, Matthew, Nikki and Matthew; one precious great granddaughter: Alaura; as well as other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Roy Pawley and son-in-law: Max Layden. Granting her wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial visitation will take place on Saturday from 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m. from Fillatre`s Funeral Home, 4 St. Marks Avenue. A Memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 29th at 3:00 p.m. from the Funeral Home, Rev. Andrew Wright officiating. Interment to follow at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Newfoundland and Labrador.
