It is with sadness that the family of the late David Payne announce his death at on Monday, October 30th, 2006 at Western Memorial Regional Hospital, Corner Brook at the age of 71 years. Leaving to mourn his sister: Reverend Canon Joyce M. Payne, family and friends. Visitation will take place from Fillatre`s Funeral Home, 218 Curling street on Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 12 noon and from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. The burial service will be held on Wednesday, November 1st, at 11:00 a.m. from the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist, Main Street. Rev. Michael Rice officiating. Committal will take place at the family plot in St. John`s at a later date. Flowers graciously declined. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Fillatre’ Funeral Home, 218 Curling Street, Corner Brook. The family guest book may be signed through our website www.fillatre.ca.
