GILLEY Reuben Alexander February 12, 1925 - December 13, 2006 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Reuben Alexander Gilley announce his passing on Wednesday, December 13th, 2006 at Western Memorial Regional Hospital, Corner Brook, at the age of 81 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his children: Reuben Gilley Jr. (Sandra), Deer Lake, Norman Gilley (Debbie), Toronto, Georgina White (Clifford), Toronto, Fred Gilley, Toronto, Darren Gilley, Toronto; step-children: Gloria and Stanley Burton; adopted daughter Sandra Osmond (Pasco), Hampton; 19 grandchildren; brothers: Stephen (Evelyn), Woodrow (Sheila); sisters-in-law: Florence and Theresa; brothers-in-law: Roy Corbin and Clarence Regular, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his brothers: John and Jim; sisters: Margaret and Marina and common law companion Joan Brake. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 10 Clinic Drive, Friday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, December 16th at 11:00 a.m. from St. Michael’s & All Angels Anglican Church, Deer Lake, with Rev. John Meade officiating. Interment to follow at the Deer Lake Interdenominational Cemetery, Wight’s Road. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted.
